Installation Requirements
- Power Socket: A dedicated 32A power socket with adequate connected load is required for optimal performance (included with the packaging)
- Wiring: Use a minimum of 6 square mm, 3-core copper cable to handle the electrical load safely. In hot environments, consider using a 10 square mm copper cable.
- Earthing: Ensure the power socket is properly earthed to prevent electrical hazards.
- Circuit Breaker: Install a 40A double/two-pole MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) and a Surge Protection Device (SPD) to protect against power surges and electrical faults.
- Voltage Stabilizer: If facing frequent input power fluctuations, use an appropriate voltage stabilizer.

Warranty & Support
At Zevpoint, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty coverage includes:
Cables: Up to a 5-year warranty covering defects, but excluding physical damage to connectors.
Housing and Enclosure: 5-year warranty for structural integrity and durability.
Other Components: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and functional issues.
Accessories: No Warranty

Returns
